Blog Entry: Dear Jesus, I just wanted to tell you that I love you with all my heart. I was setting here thinking about the first time we met. It seems like only yesterday. You know you changed my life that day and I was never the same. I remember the time when I was only nine. I made my way to the altar and poured my heart out to you. I asked for your forgiveness and begged you to forgive me of all my sins. You forgave me and when I was ten all those sins had been washed away in the wonderful name of Jesus. I felt like a brand new person when that preacher brought me up out of that water. I was told that all I needed now was the Holy Ghost. I was so scared. I wondered what it would be like. Then at age twelve when the Evangelist made that altar call, I made my way down to the front. I knelt at your feet and and you gave me that precious gift. I felt like I could fly. I think that had to be one of the best days of my life. You've been in my heart since that very night. It's been some wonderful years. You've listened to all my prayers. You held me close when I cried. You know all my secrets, hopes, dreams, fears, hurts, and frustrations. You've walked me through the valleys. You've carried me through the wilderness. You've helped me up the mountains. Yep you have been by my side since day one. Your my best friend. You have loved me even when I didn't deserve your love. You've met all my needs and I have never one time did without. You mean the world to me. I have enjoyed all the years together. I look forward to the years to come. I Love you Jesus. You are the love of my life and I just wanted to stop and tell you how much you mean to me. Yours forever and alway, Heather Winskie
