The Waterfalls 6/1/2008 Sunday All waterfalls, rivers, and lakes start at the top of the mountain. In order to reach the mountain top you and I have to climb that mountain. Long the hard difficult climb up the mountain, that brings bumps along life’s rocky road that makes the climb difficult. We have choices to make along that rocky road. One choice, we could make is to let the bumps bring us down, and we slide back down the mountain; how far we fall depends on us; If we seek Gods forgiveness and call on the name of Lord. Second choice we could make is, as we are climbing that mountain top, we reach down grab someone’s hand helping them up that mountain; side by side with a friend will help you when are to weak to climb to keep climbing and fighting; always praying for each other. The last choice that we could make is, sing praises to God no matter how hard the climb gets, letting all others see the Light that is in you and still reaching back helping others to continue to climb up that mountain, and the same time seeking God with all that is with-in you, to keep you standing firm on the Rock of ages. Are you or me one of these choices, or combinations, or all of them? When you and I are arrived at the mountain top; we can soak and bath in God’s rain. We can get as soaked as much as we want in His rain. When we are down resting and soaking in God’s rain, then we must climb down that mountain top into the next valley, so we can grow deeper in God and closer to God. When we walk down that mountain, it is a must to bring God with us; if we do not then we will land on sinking sand when we hit the bottom of the waterfalls, river, or lake. When we bring God with us down that mountain into the valleys, then we will land on the Rock of Ages that will not let us sink. At the end of every waterfall is rocks or dirt which one will we land on; the Rock of ages or sinking sand? Will we take God with us or will we live Him behind?
