I am glad for a new year. A fresh chance to make changes, get rid of old baggage, make new commitments. We ended a week of fasting and prayer today. My tummy is happy! This has been a good week. Nothing earth shattering for me but kind of like, quiet change within me. I have a renewed sense of purpose and commitment towards God. I realized during this fast that I had some old disappointments that I'd been carrying around. It's very good to have laid them down now. Gods Word seems fresher and more alive. Of course, just laying down your carnality can make that happen. lol
I hope to stop in here more often this year... maybe meet some new people, get out of my shell a little.
