Yesterday was chating with a freind who told me this:


He had heard that if you drop a penny from the Effiel Tower and it hit car the force of gravity and the impact if it hit on the roof  of car would flatten the top of the car.

With that kind if sceincetific knowlege how come the Us goverment spend billions on millitary arsenel when they could be dropping pennies from 10 times the hieght of the Effiel Tower and the cost of the the war in Iraq would be les than a gallon of gas. And when they ask for forgein Aid and the Americam say "we sent it , you just forgot to pick up the change."

That's funny.................except that there is no guarantee that we would hit our targets...............then the military would be critized by the media........and all chaos would break loose because the pennies are not "Smart Pennies!"
