Right now there two things you can rate about other users, Profiles and Pictures. Rating User Profiles: - Visit a users Profile
- Under the Contact Panel section, click the link called [Rate Me]
- This opens a rating Pop-Up window (pop-ups should be enabled), where you can select a 1-10 rating for the that user.
Rating Pictures: - Click on a picture in the main or user's personal Gallery
- Beneath the picture, click the link called [Rate This Pic]
- Once again, you can now give rating of 1-10
(In case your wondering, 10 represents the best rating.) Have Fun,
