Do you all realy read the scriptures in proper context or are you so blinded by the teachings and writting of church elders that you can't see what is right before your eyes.  Bro Ginder where do you get that our praise is a sacrifice?  And for that matter a sacrifice in OT was more an offering of praise than it was for sins comitted.  When David brought the ark back to Jerusalem were all the sacrifices he offered for sins for praise.

(You see praise is a sacrafice, or supposed to be.  Note its not a burden, but a sacrafice.  THe Word of God says he prefers obedience to sacrafice.)

In New Testement our praise is not to be a sacrifice but given to God from a heart of joy for the things he has done.

Bro Sword saint

Where in the world do you get that worship is a lifestyle?  Worship is to prostraite one self before God.  Any one can praise and any one can worship regardless of the out ward look.  All one has to do is have the faith that Christ died for their sins and accept that and God will hear their praise and worship.

It is statements like these that are the reason legalistic pentecostalism will never grow beyond a certain leval oh but then you don't want to because you are on the "narrow path and  few there be that find it" Yet my bible tells me God is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.  funny thing about that any time God speaks about salvation it is all about faith and repentance.  Jesus said in John 3 "as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wildreness so must the son of man.  THAT WHOSOEVER BELEIVETH should not perish."

Its when man gets into the equation that all these rules and steps are placed as part of the plan of salvation.

If you don't believe these men of God then you're just blinded by false doctrine. You need to go get saved. I think you're missing all this stuff when you read your Bible. It's in there. Somewhere. It's in there that we've got the truth, and the rest of the so called "Christians" aren't saved, because they reject the truth. They don't even believe in the same God. They believe in 3 gods. They're no different than the Hindus or the Muslims. My Bible never talks about Jehovah Junior, just Jesus being the one true God. Hear O Israel The Lord Our God Is One Lord, not 3. Duh! I don't think they're reading the same Bible. It's so clear. All this stuff is in the bible, if you're really reading it good.

Somewhere?  Do you even know where or do you just know what you are told from the pulpit?

Php 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

Php 2:13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

It was when I stopped blindly following the dictates of man that I began to see what the word realy says.  Did not Jesus tell us the holy ghost would teach us all things?  Do you have the holy ghost?  Then you can rest assured that Gods spirit  will guide you.

Let me give you an example, teaching tells us that we must be baptized as part of the new birth, based on John 3:5.  Man explains this born of water as baptism.  When Jesus tells Nicodemus that it is the natural birth.  That which is born of spirit is spirit, that which is born of flesh is flesh.  Water has nothing to do with spirit so it must be of the flesh.  But don't just take that as word go on the finish the chapter.  Did you know the conversation with Nicodemus continues through John 3:16.

Take a look at John 3:12-15, As "Moses lifted up the serpent in the wildreness" IF BAPTISM IS A PART OF SALVATION then Jesus just contradicts himself when he tells us that we shall be save by faith beleiving in the work of Jesus on the cross.

The Jews did not have to do anything other than look upon the serpent to be saved.

Before you condem everyone that does not believe what you beleive you need to understand just what they beleive.  You might be suprised at what they beleive.

One final thought if they have received the holy ghost as you speaking in tongues do you still think they are lost?  My bible tells me God does not give the holy ghost to those that he does not accept.
