Could something be initiated, like an option to complain about a picture, and if say like 10 people complain, it is imediately removed? Is anything like that possible?

There also could be a filter put on the site to keep derogatory terms off the site as well. Just throwing out ideas to make sure this doesn't happen again if possible to avoid.

for sure...some words need to be filtered and maybe we can put a system in place where each pic submitted needs to be approved by an admin.  I know That would be a ton of extra hassle, but it would keep the site clean.

I was thinking of mod approval for pictures, it would take extra time for them, but would keep things like that from happening again.

Even make it so you don't HAVE to upload a picture when you register. Leave it optional, and those who choose to upload a picture, let them know it will be apprpved/rejected as soon as possible.
