I would like to take a moment just to say thank you to anyone that lost a loved one, father, grandfather, mother or grandmother in WW2. Your families sacrifice is greatly apperciated by me and my family.

I would also like to say THANK YOU to anyone that may be reading this that is still alive that participated in fighting for our nations freedom when it came against the tyrants that you faced in WW2.

If any of you reading this has a family member that is a veteran of WW2 would you please, for me and my family, give them a huge hug the next time you see them and let them know that someone was thinking about them on this day.

THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS

Thank you for such a nice message! I have a uncle who is still alive and fought in the World War 2.  He was actually a POW.  Its nice to see that not everyone forgets about our veterans.  That's one thing I am so glad about and that is that I have a genuine respect and love for all veterans and soldiers alike!!

God Bless You!

That is just awesome, and I know those veterans appreciate your acknowledgement.  As we appreciate their sacrafice.

talk to their spouses.  Talk to their children.  That was the generation that knwos sacrafice.  They were allowed 2 pairs a shoes a year.  1 every si xmonths.  Meat was rationed so the soldiers coudl eat good food. It was a nation willing to sacrafice to ensure our victory.

Could we rely on our country today? I say no.  Listen to them grumble about the war we are in now.  I would say less than 50 of our country would be willing to sacrafice food, and the liberties one sacraficed out of duty, honor, and country in WW2.

Funny thing is, our soldiers still carry the same resolve.  Serve till we are done. Thank you all veterans and future.
