I agree with VIP, your sister knows that she shouldn't be dating "in the world" and also that some people (like myself unfortunately!) have to learn in the school of hard knocks. One thing about that school, though; the lessons stick with you for life!
I did the same thing more or less, but rushed into marriage with someone that told me what I wanted to hear, but was not a Christian.
Next thing you know, you're out! It doesn't have to be intentional.
But the newness wears off, and you find yourself having to live with your bad choice.
I love God and was miserable without Him, so I've struggled, though thankfully aided by a MERCIFUL SAVIOR, to get right with my God!
I now find that just like the Bible says, light and darkness doesn't mix!
We have nothing in common. But God is wonderful, and is able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all that we are able to ask or think! I pray he will yet save my husband, we are still together.
Pray for her, be a friend. Let her know that she's choosing a bumpy road and that there will be a price to pay for it. Could be your soul!
If only we would listen to the voice of God! The heartache we could have spared ourselves.
But God doesn't give up on us, He sees our hearts!
God Bless you!

I'll keep praying for your husband also.  Your life is an example before him.

I remember a lady who had been in church a few years, and worried about her husband, and the possible illegal drugs he was using.

Well, to make the long story short.....I went to her house to hold a Bible Study for a friend that she had invited.  Well, her friend didn't show up..........but, her husband just happened to be home, and he sat through my Bible study, and asked alot of questions.  Within 2 weeks, He was baptized and received the Holy Ghost, and was called into the ministry.

Sometimes, it takes a while to reach someone................but, when God gets a hold of their heart, the wonderful things that can happen.

Just keep praying!

it is like oil and water, dating outside the church is dangerous.  I would strongly advise against it

Well, to get back to the subject....................someone was asking about how to get her friend to quit dating outside the church.  This friend was also engaging in sin with her dates, and causing an uncomfortable situation for this person.

There is no way that anyone can stop others from dating the wrong  person.  The more that we are against it, the more that the person will rebel.

Many times, the only way to help is to pray, and be available when that person runs into trouble.
